1. Return Period

You have the right to return your product within 14 days from the date of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Eligibility

To be eligible for a return

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it

• The product must be returned in its original packaging

• You must include a receipt or proof of purchase

• Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including

• Some health and personal care items

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted

• Books with obvious signs of use

• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer (in the case of cash on delivery), within a few working days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund

• First, check your bank account again

• Then contact your credit card company (if applicable)

• Then contact your bank – there is often a processing delay

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us atinfo@electricniu.comand include your order number and a description of the issue.
